Reservations

 

Please use the appropriate form for reserving accommodation online. State your date of arrival, the number of nights you will be staying, the number of persons and rooms. You will be redirected to the reservation system on the next page where you fill in your personal and payment details.

 Reservation

If you do not want to make a reservation online, you can contact the hotel at any time by telephone or e-mail. If you wish to pay for your stay by invoice please contact our commercial department. See Contacts.

For each booking, which will be made trough:
  1. hotel web site (www.firstrepublic.cz or www.usuteru.cz)
  2. personally trough telephone or at reception desk
  3. trough reception or reservation department with following e-mails (reservation@firstrepublic.cz, reservation@usuteru.cz)

each client will get voucher for 10% discount for the purchase of any trip, from our partner, CKPK travel agency, www.ckpk.cz, www.rakousko.cz

 

Cancellation conditions:

- if you make a cancellation 2 days or less prior to your arrival we will charge 100% of the price for the first night of the stay that has been reserved

 Cancellation conditions for groups
1. 10 people or more
2. 5 rooms of more

Cancellation or amendment of reservation 30-21 days before arrival - 10% of the total price
Cancellation or amendment of reservation 20-11 days before arrival - 30% of the total price
Cancellation or amendment of reservation 10-3 days before arrival - 50% of the total price
Cancellation or amendment of reservation 2-0 days before arrival - 100% of the total price

 

Child discounts

Child 0-2 years - free of charge
Child 3-12 years in the room with two adults - 75% discount
Child 13-15 years in the room with two adults - 50% discount
Child 16-18 years in the room with two adults - 25% discount

(an extra bed for a child can always be reserved in advance)

 Animals

200 CZK/night
We request payment of a returnable deposit of 2,000 CZK for each animal
If the room’s furnishings are dirtied or ruined the owner of the animal must arrange and pay for repairs

 

Accommodation from 28. 12. 2011 until 02. 01. 2012 inclusive (New Year’s Eve)
A minimum of 4 nights’ stay is required
(this applies without exception to all partners)
If a cancellation is made later than 15. 12. 2011 the full amount for the whole stay will be charged.
